Alright so today I did Plyometrics and I did it in the morning. I am not sure how great of an idea that was LOL, Went downtown and walked all day, from 11:30am till about 5pm, just walking and having a good time, but my calves were killing me LOL
I tried to bring it even more on this work out, but I found out that by the time I had 20min left my calves were asking me, what the heck are you doing fatso? Loose some weight first before you go crazy making us jump you like that for so long LOL. But I had to modify in order to keep going from there. Now I will say that once I started burning I had to do 20 to 25sec instead of the full 30sec for each routine from about 25min in to the video, but I still did my best. When it came to jumping on one leg for 30sec each (That was when I had 20min left) I had to exchange feet every jump, I figured that would be way better than just stand there and get cold for a minute, so I still jumped.
Good news though I worked on my form for some of the routines a bit more and I was able to put more in to it than last time, which was great, I really felt it more. This is one workout that one just hates to love and you can’t think of anything else in your mind other than BRING IT! If not you’ll just hit stop and walk away.
So it was another great and fantastic workout, there are no charts for this one, and no time to write anything down for the routines either, they are 30sec each and some a 1min long and they just go go go, so maybe next time I may or may not start tracking time in order to try and create a chart for this, not sure because it is 1hr long and that’s quite a bit of routines to keep track of.
So tomorrow I have Shoulders & Arms + Ab Ripper X, it will be fun considering that I upgraded my resistance band, so I am really looking forward to tomorrows work out, and to see if I can continue improving on Ab Ripper X, I am on a roll with this one and I hope to just keep crushing my stats, YEAH BRING IT!! So far this adventure has proven to be awesome and so far I got nothing but results, be it more reps than last time, or loosing weight and gaining muscle, which is what the name of the game is all about.
