Today was a hot day, spent most of the day editing photos that I took of an event at the school, then I worked out at 7pm and I so brought IT!! Lets see…
Plyometrics:
I did find it a bit easier this time after a week of Insanity, but the best part is that I was able to keep up, not just with the DVD itself but with Dominic LOL OH YEAH BRING IT!!!
I use to have to modify at times, and this time, no modifications baby.
Jump knee tuck was one that I had to modify, when I went faster I would not bring the knees up as high and now I was right there with Dominic. Also the squat switch pick ups, sometimes I had to do the step version, oh no, I jumped LOL.
The part I had fun the most this time, was when Dominic was doing the full 360 jump and Tony was saying right back at ya, I was doing the same thing, OH YEAH! by the time I spun the 6th time I started getting a little dizzy LOL I am not use to spinning all around like that anymore, I have not gotten on rides that spin in a long time LOL. But hey I guess if I keep doing this, I will be able to do 360s the full 30sec each time :o)
Another one that I modified a lot was mary katherine's, even tho I did not go as low but I did not step, I jumped and I picked it up as well.
Needless to say, I so crushed Plyo X and I am supper proud of myself to have gotten as far as I have, and I will continue to push play and bring it, again and again and again, because I have not only gotten addicted to working out, I am proof of how important working out and eating healthy is to your health, and I wish to live a little longer :o)
Tomorrow I have Shoulders & Arms + Ab Ripper X
