Today as I mentioned before I was moving tables and man, I moved some large ones and I wanted to get it done quicker, at first it was just me putting the tables on some wheels, well I was lifting a long table that the frame was made out of heavy metal, and holds 3 computers, left the computers on and lifted each side to place on wheels and then rolled them out, hey I wanted to do this quick, it was some good lifting exercise, but I was a bit sore after 4 hrs LOL so I was really looking forward to some Yoga when I got home.
Yoga X:
This was well deserved, not like the first 48min are easy LOL. I will say I have missed this DVD, but I have not lost my touch on it LOL, I did a nice very low push up before every downward dog and a nice low chaturanga before every upward dog. I also tightened my core as much as I could to engage it.
Angle poses: So far no change here, not able to grab my arms on my back, and at the same time I do not think I still have the strength to stay in that position even if I managed it LOL.
The half moon section: Again fought with everything I got to make sure the leg never went down and I did it, but again my glut was in pain like crazy LOL
Toe Lock: I was able to hold toe lock for 20sec then I calmly brought my knee in with out falling out of balance, did this on both side.
Wheel: I was able to go up to wheel and hold it for a little over 10sec, then I went down on my head for a bit then down to bridge for the rest of it.
Crane: Again held it for 5sec at a time, toe in and toe out.
Yoga Belly 7: I so love this segment, again I did it like the last time I did, on touch the sky I lifted my shoulder and hips as much as I could, I worked a burn on my abs and by the time I made it to 3 part touch the sky oh man, the last 20sec I pushed as much as I could and burned like mad. Needless to say that I so looked forward to the relaxing time and the ohms at the end :o)
I so brought it again, all you really need to do is, breath, clear your mind and forget there is a clock on the screen to watch LOL and time will fly by :o)
Tomorrow I have Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X.
Thank you for your time:
Mike
