First off, Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers out there and all soon to be mothers. Hope you all had a wonderful day, even though I believe every day should be Mother’s Day, you are all amazing.
Today I worked out around 2pm, since there were some people sleeping and we had to head out to the in-laws for a nice Mother’s Day Dinner.
Considering that the last times I have done Plyo one of my calfs was having issues, but even though I paid close attention to them today, nothing happened, I had a fantastic workout. It is one heck of a tiring routine but it is also a fantastic feeling once completed, mostly the feeling of accomplishment.
The routine I thought was going to kill my calfs again was jump knee tuck but I did it with out issues and same thing with rock star. One of my favorite routines is the jump twist combo, it makes me think of dancing LOL especially with the music used during the routine.
All in all it was a fantastic work out, and I sweated like crazy and I am sure I burnet calories like crazy. After that I went to the in-laws for a wonderful dinner and I think I indulged myself a little to much LOL I might have put back some weight, I even ate cake, so since I knew I was going to do this, I drank water, I did not want to put more sugar in me. I know I will burn it off but it was funny, I weighed myself after I ate and I ate 3lbs worth of food and drink LOL.
Tomorrow I have Back & Biceps + Ab Ripper X
