Again today someone was napping when I got home, but this routine is pretty quite, until the ohms at the end, so I did not say ohm LOL. Yoga was fantastic as usual. Lots of sweat right off the bat, and again just like the last 2 times, did my push up before every downward dog and used my toes for the upward dogs. Lasted longer on the warrior 3’s and half moons, still a bit of struggle with the twisted half moons.
I tried wheel again today, I was able to lift a bit and I used my head to keep the position. Still have not touched the floor with plow. Still lasting just seconds with crane, and this time when I was doing toe lock I lasted less then 10sec each time I got back to it.
All in all it was a great yoga workout, I will say that time now passes by, I no longer look at the clock, and I have an idea when the oscillation moves are almost over, but I try not to keep track and just clear my mind as I am doing it and it just seems to go by, which is fantastic. I will also mention that I believe this has helped me a lot, strength wise and with push ups, flexibility, my back, actually I find that I walk straighter, I really like yoga and no matter what happens after the 90 days I will make sure that yoga continues to be a part of my life, it’s amazing, once you stop thinking about it, concentrate on breathing with the moves, you really are taken for a ride.
When we all start yoga at first we concentrate to much on the poses and if we are doing it right and that takes away a lot from it, just do like Tony says, do your best and forget about the rest and little by little it will all come to you, but even if your poses are not perfect, you just breath and don’t think about it, you’ll be amazed.
Tomorrow I have Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X, I may have to workout a bit late to make sure everyone is awake. But I will not take the day off :o)
Thank you for your time:
Mike
