Day 41 – Kenpo X

Oh yeah! Kenpo X + Weighted Gloves still = Amazing FUN! Yeah BRING IT!!

And by the way, I don’t need no stinking break! LMAO! That’s right, again no break for me, break was full of running in place, jump rope, jumping jacks and Xs oh YEAH!

I tried to bring a bit more intensity to the workout yet again, by doing so I increased the inertia on the weight of the gloves and I felt it on my shoulders, they were burning within the first 20min, then 10min after that, they went numb again LOL till I reached the elbow sequence and the over 100 punches.

OK so I have a small advice here. When doing side kicks and especially back kicks and the double knuckle punch routine, you are asked to look back or to the side, I know that one can get lazy or tired and just throw the back kick with out looking back, well if you want to lose weight on your neck, this is a good thing to do, it is repeated quite a bit and it is a fantastic exercise for the muscles of the neck, so make sure to look in the direction that your asked every time, you may feel you get a bit more tired but it will work at reducing the neck fat :o)

Tomorrow will end week 6, WOW that is awesome, so I will be doing X Stretch, and I will again check my weight and measurements to see how I have done for this week. So make sure to come back tomorrow :o)
