Day 74 – Yoga X

Today I did Yoga around 3:30pm. and in my room today, it was not to hot and not to cold, it was just right :o)

I concentrated on my breathing and movements, without looking at the screen and at times I seemed to have tuned it out but wondered how I knew I had to get to that position LOL. However doing so made the time pass by pretty quickly, yet again.

On the half moon section, today I fought to keep the legs up yet again and did not put them down, my calf, thigh and glut were on fire on each leg, it was AWESOME, and at times I felt it on my abs, so I engaged my core to make sure I put it to work too.

The angle poses, no change, not even close on touching with the right, very close to touching the finger tips with the left side.

Crane, this time I was able to keep it for about 10sec straight, it was pretty cool, 10sec are not really short, it’s awesome to hold your body in that position, but it does put quite some weight on your arms.

Finally the yoga belly 7, again I held as high as I could for touch the sky. I did boat working on form, putting my back as straight as possible and my legs, it makes a huge difference and you can feel it more and the finally 3 part touch the sky, I was really high pushing towards the last 20sec and I was also trying to raise my hips off the floor at the same time, oh man that burns LOL.

I felt it was a fantastic yoga session. Tomorrow I have Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X.
