Today after I got home I decided to go for a walk, I went for a 2hr walk. I will say that for now I wont be running until I get proper shoes, part of my knee issue came from running with crappy shoes, and they got even worse, and now after walking on them for a while, my knees hurt a bit, so when I get some extra cash first thing is first, new actual running shoes, because I really want to run, I spoke to a friend who runs and is an occupational therapist assistant at the hospital, and she agrees that was part of my issue.
X Stretch:
After my walk, I came home and relaxed for a bit, then I did my X – Stretch, I needed it so much and I can tell you it felt fantastic.
Well lets go to what’s important today….

I can tell I brought it this week for sure, I lost a total of 3.6lbs WOOHOO!!! I will mention that since July 27th, I forgot to change my age on the calculator from 36 to 37, and I did that today, when I changed it, it makes a difference of 0.10% for body fat % and it is more, so last week should have been 13.6% instead of 13.5, but I left it as is, the difference is not huge, but I fixed it for today, and it seems I lost 1% body fat again but because of the age change I lost 0.9% instead.
So far for Round 2, I have lost a total of 12.6lbs WOOHOO!! :o)
Since I started P90X in April I have lost a total of 47.2lbs, DAMN! THAT’S AWESOME, and in just 4.5 months :o)

So the changes here were the size of my chest and abs, my thighs did not change, I guess I have nothing else to loose there LOL. Also you may notice that today the measurements were the same all across the board, not sure if it is that I am starting to get use to measuring myself or not. I still would like to go somewhere and get this down professionally.

Half inch here and there and it all ads up. I lost in the most important parts LOL, still it’s such a sad thing that you can’t pick and choose where to loose weight but that was pretty spot on LOL.
Well tomorrow I have Chest, Shoulders & Triceps + Ab Ripper X and possibly a walk, I have to correct tests that I gave today, so depending on the time I have available I may take a long or short walk.
