Today I did my Yoga at 9:30am and it was awesome and I really loved the idea of doing the Yoga before going to work, I felt so good at work, it was fantastic.
So was there anything different today?
Well the only improvement was toe lock, I lasted 20sec on each side.
I also had some improvements on wheel, I lasted about 12sec, then went down on left it on my head for about 2 or 3sec and went back up.
No improvements on right angle pose, somehow I have issues bending that way LOL.
Crane, very oddly enough I think it’s not just a balance thing but a strength issue, some how I don’t feel strong enough to hold my body with my arms bent in that position therefore I only last about 5sec before having to place the toe down, but hey I will continue to work on it.
Everything else was awesome!
Tomorrow I have Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X:
