Today I spent time cleaning the apartment considering it was raining all day long here.
Alright, so how did my Plyo go? DAMN! is all I have to say to begin with. If you are close to finishing your 90 days or your on your second round, you may find that Plyo is easier, you will sweat a lot and burn calories but you wont get as sore, well today I did a little extra and damn I am sore. OK so what did I do? Well first off Tony talks quite a bit between exercises, so I took advantage of the time to run in place, at times it was just a small jog, but I never stopped moving, for except about 15sec during the 30sec break. And so none stop moving while doing Plyo is really insane, I mean awesome!. My calfs and the bottom of my feet are sore LOL.
These are the times I wish I had a heart rate monitor, I would have liked to see how many calories I burnt, when I placed my hands on my chest I could feel my heart thumping, and I know I was in my zone for most of the time, OH YEAH!!!
So I brought it today for sure, WOOHOOO!!!!
Tomorrow I have Back & Biceps + Ab Ripper X.
