R2D30 – Plyometrics

I was not sure last night how Plyo was going to be as I had slight knee pain, and this morning I woke up with a bit of pain, took the pill and went on my day as usual, my knees started feeling better, very odd I was told it could take a week to feel the benefits but for some reason, my knee cracked a couple of times and no pain, and by the time I started Plyo around 2:30pm my knees were not bothering me, and so I started Plyo.

I started the warm up watching out for my knees but all was well, I started the workout and made sure that my knees were properly bent for every jump so I would not hurt myself to much but man I started strong so I decided what the heck, I will make sure to keep knees bent and BRING IT!! and so I did, I followed Dominique again, and oh man it was so AWESOME!!, my heart rate was up there and I was sweating like crazy and just jumping like mad.

When I made to jump knee tuck, I thought I hope I can do this, I started and Tony said, double time and I went for it and hey I was doing it with no problem. When we repeated the routine, he said Dominique will be going at his own pace and I said “No he wont, he will be going at my pace. LOL” and from the start I was at double time and without any issues completed it, YEAH BRING IT!!

I also spun all the way around, still makes me dizzy but it’s fun to go all the way around and also yell, “RIGHT BACK AT YA TOO!” LOL.

I did the same thing with rock star, needless to say I had an awesome workout.

When I finished I had forgotten my knees had an issue LOL but they were not bothering me at all, so all I have to say is that I brought it yet again on Plyo X, OH YEAH!!!

Oh and I forgot to mention, I am also still a bit sore from yesterdays workout, the top and outer sides of my pecks, my shoulders and triceps are all a bit sore, which is fantastic, because it means that I should be getting some muscle growth which is exactly what I want, OH YEAH!

Tomorrow I Back & Biceps + Ab Ripper X.
