Today I got off work at 1pm, spent some time with my wife as she had the day off, did Yoga at around 4pm as we were going out to dinner with a friend, had some good chicken parmesan, but I did drink just water because I knew the noodles were not whole wheat and the pasta sauce was not going to be low calories LOL so I did not want to add to it, but it was really good, I did my own a week ago and it was also fantastic, but mine was high protein and low on calories, even the cheese was partly skimmed, it was awesome :o)
Yoga X:
I was looking forward to this, as I have not stretched in the last little bit and I also seem to have slept wrong and woke up with a bit of a stiff neck, but all is good, I did the Yoga as usual, I just concentrated on my breathing and holding the poses and time just flew by. It’s such a difference from when I started, all I use to do was watch the clock and I could not wait for some parts to be over, and time seemed like it never moved. However there are still lots of improvements to be made and still things I can’t really do, like the right angel poses, I still don’t bend that way LOL.
When I did toe lock I lasted about 15sec. When doing wheel, this time I lasted about 15sec as well, that was cool, what was not cool was that when I was coming back down somehow I lost it half way and I dropped flat on my back, luckily I have carpet so it was not that bad.
When doing crane, it still seems I am lasting 5 sec or so still.
Oh this is embarrassing but funny, today for some reason my stomach was a bit, uhm, should I say gassy? LOL. I can’t remember exactly at which part but I was doing the vinyasa and I let out a long and deadly gas and it was pretty deadly and Tony Horton said at that exact time that I was fighting not to breath it in, “And now take a deep breath” LOL I was like “You kidding me?.. Damn you Tony, this is the wrong time to be telling me to take a deep breath!” take in deep breath “DAMN YOU TONY!!, … oh wait, it’s my fault LOL"… And yes I am sure you could have lived without knowing that LOL.
Well tomorrow I have Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X.
