Oh man, my first thought today was, I really need to bring it, and I have brought it many times in this workout, how am I going to accomplish this, and without getting hurt LOL. I thought the best thing I can do is bring the intensity level has high as I can even if it affects the speed, but not to think that I have to do this for close to an hour, but just think that I will do each workout like if it was the only workout of the day and not think that I have to pace myself in order to last. Damn, it worked!
The first segment is all punches, every jab, cross, hook and uppercut had so much power in to it, that right before the first break (Which I did not take) my biceps were sore and pumped, the weighted gloves are 1lb each but they felt like 5 or 6lbs with the amount of inertia that they had when I swung every hook or uppercut, the workout that I got on my biceps, shoulders and muscles on the side of the arm that seem to be there LOL, they all were sore.
Like I mentioned I did not take breaks, as usual, ran in place, jump rope, jumping jacks and Xs. Also Tony talks between workouts, I filled that time with fast Heisman moves, just jumping side to side really quick while he is talking and when he started I would then stop jumping and started the workout and when it was over and he was talking again, back to doing a quick Heisman, I never stopped moving the entire time, it was so AWESOME!!! … Makes me wish I had a heart rate monitor, that also calculated calories burnt.
So did I bring it today? No I did not bring it, I EFEN BROUGHT IT!! HELL YEAH!!
Well not sure if my eating habits have been all that great this week, so I hope this helps me out LOL.
Tomorrow I have X Stretch and for sure I have do it, as I have missed it for several weeks and stretching is important.
